1. Provider

2. The service
2search lets you search businesses in Italy, Switzerland and Cyprus by category and area, see their business contacts and download them in Excel. The service is for businesses and professionals, not consumers.
3. Account
You need a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done with your account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Searches and downloads require an active subscription, at the terms and prices shown at purchase. Payment is by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. A subscription lasts for the chosen period and does not renew automatically. Unless required by law, periods already started are not refundable.
5. How you may use the data
The contacts shown are those businesses make public. Whoever uses them is responsible for complying with the rules, in particular the GDPR, national rules on direct marketing (in Italy, consent for marketing emails, SMS and automated calls, and the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni for phone calls), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and the ban on using Italian certified email (PEC) for unsolicited commercial messages.
Reselling or transferring downloaded data, using it for spam or bulk mailing, and automated harvesting of the service are forbidden.
6. Data sources
Businesses come from the open Overture Maps dataset, licensed under CDLA-Permissive-2.0; contacts are read from the businesses' public websites; some businesses are found through a web search. This source and licence notice is included in every Excel file.
7. Accuracy
The provider takes care over the service but does not guarantee that data is complete, accurate or up to date.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages or for how the customer uses the data. The provider's total liability does not exceed what the customer paid in the last 12 months.
9. Suspension
The provider may suspend or close the account of anyone who breaches these terms, in particular for unlawful use of the data.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change: changes apply from the next renewal and are published on this page. Italian law applies; the courts of the provider's registered office have jurisdiction.
